Personal data processing policy

This policy describes how the SetNow service processes the personal data of users of the website setnow.by, the company workspace and the mobile apps. We comply with the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Personal Data Protection”.

Contract with the user
Client data that a company keeps in the service belongs to that company: it decides why the data is needed, and we process it on the company's instructions. For questions about such data, contact the company you booked with.
2. Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Data is received by the company you book with and by the contractors the service cannot work without: hosting and file storage, attack protection (Cloudflare), SMS and email, messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), push notifications (Apple, Google, Expo), the payment service (bePaid), statistics and error monitoring (Google, Sentry). Some contractors are located outside Belarus.
Bank card data is entered on the payment service's side — we do not receive or store it. Data is disclosed to public authorities only in the cases provided by law.
3. Cookies and statistics
The website and the workspace use cookies: necessary ones for sign-in, the chosen language and online booking, and analytics ones for visit statistics (Google Analytics; Firebase Analytics in the staff app). Names, phone numbers and booking contents are not sent to statistics. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
4. Storage and protection
Data is transmitted over a secure connection, passwords are stored as hashes, and access of a company's staff to client data is limited by role.
The mobile apps ask for access to location, calendar, camera and notifications only for the action you chose. A permission can be revoked in the device settings.
5. Your rights
You can find out what data of yours we process and who it was disclosed to, correct it, demand that processing be stopped and the data deleted, and appeal against our actions to the National Personal Data Protection Centre of the Republic of Belarus.
You can change your profile data and delete your account in the workspace or the app.

6. Changes
The current version of the policy is always published on this page. We will announce material changes in the service or by email.
